Comfort Pay is available on select Daytona Homes Calgary homes and is subject to purchaser qualification, management approval, and participation through a Daytona Homes Calgary preferred lending partner. Purchasers must obtain a conditional mortgage approval meeting the program requirements and execute the applicable Comfort Pay Addendum. Program availability, eligibility requirements, payment schedules, and qualifying homes are subject to change without notice.
